Can I be honest? Since returning from my latest Live Voyage Report aboard Silversea’s Silver Explorer, I’ve found it tough to come up with new and exciting articles. Simply put, it’s tough to compete with a live report from Ireland’s Ring of Kerry or the uninhabited island of Staffa!

So today, I’m cheating a bit by running Cruise Photos of the Week today instead of Friday.  But don’t worry – it should be equally enthralling!

I love the photos of the week no matter what day. The more the merrier! Thanks for a great blog.

Hi– I’ve enjoyed reading of your many adventures, and it sounds like this most recent one will take quite a while to process all you’ve seen and observed. Quite a serious case of cruise hang-over (of the good type).
I have a question for you since you live in Vancouver, BC. I left Vancouver May 17th on the ms Amsterdam on an overnight cruise and noticed a ‘smallish’ cruise ship (Renissance or Oceana-type size/shape)in dry dock on the north side of the inlet. My camera and binoculars were too weak to make out the name. Do you happen to know which ship it was?

    • Aaron Saunders says:

If I am not mistaken, it’s Regent’s Seven Seas Navigator.

        Thank you!
ps- I just read your entry about sailing on the schooner. I hope it will be quite enjoyable– and I’ll be passing the word along to a co-worker who loves to sail her little sailboat, but would like a break from all the work (i.e., cooking).
